Errors

Every error body is an Error object with a stable code (the full catalog is the code enum of the Error schema). The gateway's own 401, 403 and 429 carry a GatewayError body instead — status, status_code, message — and no code; correlate them through the x-amzn-RequestId header. 402 payment_required means the team's credit balance is exhausted; top up in the console and retry. A doc_url field linking to the error documentation is added to error bodies once that documentation is published.
