# How to manage conversation priority

## Add the Conversation Tab to the Delpha Setup App

To manage and configure conversations within Delpha, you can add the **Conversation** navigation tab directly to the **Delpha Setup** app.

### How to Add the Conversation Tab

1. Open the **Delpha Setup** app in Salesforce
2. Click **Personalize your nav bar**
3. Click **Add More Items**
4. Under **Available Items**, select **All** and search for **Conversation**
5. Select it and click **Save**

### Set Up and Configure Conversations

After adding the **Conversation** tab, open it and update the following fields in the list view:

* **Conversation Name** – Name of the conversation template
* **Conversation Description** – Brief explanation of the use case
* **Active** (Checkbox) – Uncheck to deactivate the conversation
* **Automatic Conversation Pop-up** (Checkbox) – Check to auto-trigger it for users
* **Priority** – Higher value = higher display order or earlier pop-up

This setup helps you manage which conversations are active and how they behave in the Delpha Assistant interface.
