## How to Grant Subscriber Access to Delpha in Salesforce

Enable Delpha to assist with setup or troubleshoot technical issues directly within your Salesforce org.

### Steps to Grant Access

1. **Log in to Salesforce**
   * Make sure you're logged in with a user that has permission to manage access settings.
2. **Open User Settings**
   * Click your **avatar** in the top-right corner.
   * Select **Settings** from the dropdown menu.
3. **Find Login Access Settings**
   * Use the **Quick Find** search bar to look for **Grant Account Login Access**.
4. **Set Access for Delpha**
   * Find **Delpha Support** in the list.
   * Choose a duration (e.g., 3 days, 1 week) based on your need.
5. **Save**
   * Click **Save** to confirm and activate access.
