How to Grant Subscriber Access to Delpha in Salesforce

Steps to Grant Access

  1. Log in to Salesforce

    • Make sure you're logged in with a user that has permission to manage access settings.

  2. Open User Settings

    • Click your avatar in the top-right corner.

    • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Find Login Access Settings

    • Use the Quick Find search bar to look for Grant Account Login Access.

  4. Set Access for Delpha

    • Find Delpha Support in the list.

    • Choose a duration (e.g., 3 days, 1 week) based on your need.

  5. Save

    • Click Save to confirm and activate access.
