Campaign Member Import Settings in Delpha

This screen lets you define how campaign members are added—either from a Salesforce report or directly from LinkedIn/Sales Navigator. You can also apply filters to ensure only high-quality, relevant profiles are included in your campaign.

Choose Member Import Method

From a Report

  • What it does: Loads members from an existing Salesforce or analytics report

  • When to use: Best for curated CRM data

From LinkedIn / Sales Navigator

  • What it does: Connects directly to LinkedIn/Sales Navigator to import search results or saved leads

  • When to use: Ideal for LinkedIn prospecting campaigns

Add Members via LinkedIn URL

Paste a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search URL to import members into your campaign.

Additional filters and cleanup options:

  • Clean Names Standardizes first/last names using Delpha rules Default: OFF

  • Name Length Filter Skips names shorter than a set number of characters (e.g., initials or bots) Default: OFF

  • Active Company Import Filter (Sales Navigator only) Imports only contacts with a valid job and LinkedIn company info Default: OFF

  • Connections Filter Minimum LinkedIn connection threshold to avoid low-credibility profiles Default: OFF

  • Remove All Members Clears previously imported members before adding new ones Default: OFF
