The Delpha Score Meter is a visual indicator that gives each Salesforce record a quality score from 0 to 100. It offers a fast and intuitive way to assess whether a record is clean, needs review, or should be updated.
The score is calculated based on six core data quality dimensions:
Completeness
Validity
Uniqueness
Consistency
Accuracy
Timeliness
Each field within the record is evaluated and color-coded:
Red – Poor
Orange – Warning
Green – Good
Grey – Not applicable
The score is based on six key data quality dimensions, evaluated field by field:
Completeness
Is the value present or missing?
Validity
Does the data follow the correct format or rules?
Uniqueness
Is this value duplicated elsewhere in the system?
Consistency
Is the data coherent across fields or systems?
Accuracy
Is the value correct (factually or logically)?
Timeliness
Is the information still relevant and up-to-date?
Each field is scored across these dimensions using a color-coded system:
Red = Poor
Orange = Warning
Green = Good
Grey = Not applicable / no data
