How to manage conversation priority
Add and configure the Conversation tab in the Delpha Setup app to manage the Bot workflows. Set priority, pop-up behavior, and activation status to streamline user interactions.
Add the Conversation Tab to the Delpha Setup App
To manage and configure conversations within Delpha, you can add the Conversation navigation tab directly to the Delpha Setup app.
How to Add the Conversation Tab
Open the Delpha Setup app in Salesforce
Click Personalize your nav bar
Click Add More Items
Under Available Items, select All and search for Conversation
Select it and click Save
Set Up and Configure Conversations
After adding the Conversation tab, open it and update the following fields in the list view:
Conversation Name – Name of the conversation template
Conversation Description – Brief explanation of the use case
Active (Checkbox) – Uncheck to deactivate the conversation
Automatic Conversation Pop-up (Checkbox) – Check to auto-trigger it for users
Priority – Higher value = higher display order or earlier pop-up
This setup helps you manage which conversations are active and how they behave in the Delpha Assistant interface.
